Study the entire material, not just practice questions
The course covers everything included in the preparation: Swedish geography, history, democracy, governance, laws and culture. Read at your own pace, chapter by chapter, and practice directly on what you just learned.
The study material is based on UHR’s educational material
UHR’s educational material for those preparing for the citizenship test was produced by the Swedish Council for Higher Education (UHR) together with the National Agency for Education (Skolverket) on behalf of the government. Provredo structures the material into chapters and lessons and complements it with practice questions, repetition and exam simulations.
Provredo is an independent test preparation service – not UHR, not an authority and not an official test. UHR is not involved in Provredo.

A clear picture of your exam readiness
The Provredo score is an estimated indication of how close you are to passing the test, based on four factors. In the guide about practice tests you can see exactly how an exam is structured.
Your recent results
Accuracy and development in completed practice sessions.
Exam simulations
How you perform when questions are mixed and time is limited.
Breadth across topics
Your level in all 13 knowledge areas, not just the total score.
Stability over time
How consistent your results are when earlier questions reappear.
Your Provredo score is an estimate, not a guarantee of your test result.
It updates continuously as you practice and always gives you a clear picture of where you stand.
Everything you need to get ready
Provredo covers the whole journey, from the first lesson to the exam simulation.

Personal weakness analysis
Provredo identifies exactly which chapters and topics you need to focus on.
Smart repetition algorithm
Questions reappear at the right intervals to be locked into long-term memory.
Realistic exam simulations
Practice under the same time constraints and difficulty distribution as the real test.
Practice anywhere
Mobile-first design: practice on your phone, tablet or computer, whenever it suits you.
Memory curve
Without repetition: knowledge fades quickly
Optimal repetition extends memory
Your brain forgets.
Provredo reminds you at the right time.
Research shows that we forget new knowledge quickly if we do not repeat it. Provredo’s algorithm keeps track of every question you have practiced and schedules repetition right before you would otherwise forget.
- Questions you know appear less often – no time wasted
- Questions you struggle with return more smartly
- Your repetition queue is always focused on the right things
Feel confident when the real thing comes.
When you have learned the material and practiced your weaknesses, an exam simulation is the final step before the test: the best way to test your knowledge and get used to the exam situation. Provredo offers complete simulations with a real time limit and the same difficulty distribution as the official test.
- 20 to 40 randomised questions from all knowledge areas
- Countdown timer matching the real test
- Detailed marking with area distribution and weakness analysis
- The result affects your Provredo score and recommendations
